The Logistics

AMRI has booked rooms for participants traveling to Uppsala at the Radisson Blu Uppsala and Clarion Collection Uppsala. Both hotels are centrally located and are near the train/bus station. Participants will be receiving information on their hotel/room assignments during Week 44.

Participants traveling to Uppsala will receive a train booking during Week 43. If you have not yet received a train booking, contact Caroline to ensure that your booking is confirmed.

A dinner at Uppsala Castle will take place for all AMRI Week participants on November 8th.
A dinner for plenary speakers will take place at Stationen Restaurant on November 9th.

How do I print my poster for the All-Hands Meeting?
If you need assistance in printing your poster for the All-Hands meeting, send the pdf version to Caroline no later than Wednesday, November 1st.
I’m giving a short presentation at AMRI. What do I need to know? Presenters must send Caroline their PowerPoint by November 7th at 5 pm. All presentations will be loaded onto a single computer to streamline the process.
I know that there are certain parts of the AMRI Program I won’t be able to attend, should I let you know?
Yes, for planning purposes, we’d like to have a head count on attendees, so if you know that you won’t be able to attend the whole program, kindly send an email. Thank you!
